      Sir,
I am a final year architecture student, pursuing bachelor’s degree in the same. For my final year thesis i have selected topic ‘national food history center’.
I am proposing a museum that will depict the culinary story of Indian food right from the pre-historic age.
Along with it, the ancillary programs contain cooking studios, food and nutrition center and food chains. I t will also conduct various food festivals.
It will be a national food hub.
I m trying to study the food history of India from past 2 months. I am finding it difficult to collect the data regarding the same. The data which i presently have does not have any illustrations. So its very difficult to visualize and design.
I read your blog and your articles regarding food. I thereby presume that you can willingly help me to gather some valuable data regarding the same.
If your can help in anyway sir, please let me know, so that we can meet and have a talk.
I myself being a foodie, would love to exchange few appetizing words.
Looking forward to a positive reply.

    Dear Vikram:

Would you read my column on Fridays in the Junior Herald-the children’s supplement of the Maharashtra Herald? I write both stories and a weekly column there. If you like it could you recommend it to the young readers you know?
